Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We do want you to be happy with your purchase! If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're happy to make it right with an exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Support@excessdm.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
