Our Story

ExcessDM is a small workshop in Fort Worth, Texas. We play the games, and we got tired of terrain that was either a pain to haul or too fragile for regular use.

Portable. Durable. Tournament-ready. Our 11th Edition sets are built for fast setup and easy transport—game nights, local clubs, or competitive events.

Every piece is inspected before it ships. We print in PLA 2.0 for strength and clean detail that holds up table after table.

Is this official Games Workshop terrain?

No. ExcessDM terrain is fan-made, 3D-printed, and designed to be compatible with Warhammer 40k 11th Edition layouts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Games Workshop.

How fast do you ship?

We process and ship orders from Fort Worth, TX in 1–3 business days. US orders include free tracked shipping via USPS or UPS.

What's your exchange policy?

30-day exchanges on unused, unassembled items. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced. Email Support@excessdm.com with your order number (and photos if something arrived damaged).

Is it tournament legal for 11th Edition?

Sets are designed to match published 11th Edition layout footprints. Players and tournament organizers should still confirm the event pack they are playing under.

Painted or unpainted?
